As Executive Assistant to the dynamic, charismatic and incredibly smart CEO, our client is looking for a friendly, curious, bright and dynamic Assistant who enjoys being the true right-hand support in a busy and fast-paced environment.
The successful Executive Assistant will enjoy shaping a role with the CEO, representing the office and acting as ambassador. In addition to classic EA support, there will also be project support and occasional travel with the CEO.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Main point of contact for the CEO; act as a gatekeeper for all communications, both internal and external
- Correspondence and email management
- Heavy diary management
- Extensive international and national travel arrangements and itineraries
- Task coordination and monitoring
- Preparing actions from meetings, keeping accurate records and following up on actions etc.
- Monthly management and Board report review and actions
- Creating and monitoring any other analysis and reporting necessary
- Provide an efficient administrative service i.e., filing, booking cabs, booking couriers, booking lunches, managing incoming/outgoing post etc.
- Keeping all documents, files and electronic information in good order
- Coordination with CEO’s contacts, developing good relationships over time
- Relationship management across the board
- Research – personal and business
- Personal admin and support
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 5 years+ EA experience at senior level – preferably within the Energy sector
- Fluency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Incredible organisational and time management skills
- Ability to take a high-level view on everything to enable you to pick up on nuances
- Confident with the ability to build effective relationships throughout the company and externally
Salary
£50,000 - £60,000 pa
