Project Manager, Award-Winning Fashion Website - Central London

Award winning, innovative fashion website is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the dynamic team. This is a fast-paced, creative environment where you can make a significant impact.

You’ll be working closely with a talented group of creatives to deliver pioneering content across multiple platforms. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of a busy studio, and you’ll be involved in the creation, coordination, and execution of various high-profile projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and manage all projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
• Liaise daily with internal teams, high-profile contributors, and external partners.
• Oversee risk management and identify potential issues before they arise.
• Plan and execute seasonal fashion week panels and manage on-set production.
• Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring smooth workflows across teams.
• Work closely with the creative director and fashion film department to oversee post-production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a creative or fashion environment
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience liaising with senior-level clients and high-profile contributors

This is a full-time, office-based position in London, with the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects.
