An innovative and dynamic company in the fintech space, backed by prominent global investors and making a significant impact in Africa, is looking for an exceptional fluent French speaking Executive Assistant to join their growing London team.

As the Executive Assistant to the company's visionary co-founders, you’ll become an indispensable partner in managing their complex schedules across multiple time zones, coordinating seamless travel arrangements, and handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Your role will also involve overseeing the London office, facilitating team events, and ensuring new joiners are fully equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage calendars for co-founders and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Organise and manage travel plans, from booking flights and hotels to ensuring smooth logistics
  • Process expense reports and invoices accurately and on time
  • Oversee office operations, including onboarding new hires, coordinating office moves, and organising events
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Support special projects and adapt to ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Take the lead in arranging off-site team gatherings and strategic meetings

 What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both French and English
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience or a strong interest in emerging markets is a plus
  • A proactive mindset, ready to handle diverse challenges, even outside traditional office hours when necessary
  • Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism
