This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring exceptional organisational skills, tech-savviness, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
This role is a unique blend of executive support, business administration, and personal assistance, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both professional and personal responsibilities. You will be a key right-hand support, helping to create structure and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing high-volume email correspondence, prioritising key communications, and ensuring the founders stays on top of commitments.
- Organising meetings, coordinating travel, and handling calendar management across multiple timezones.
- Assisting with ad-hoc business initiatives, research, and operational improvements.
- Provide high-level support for sensitive business and personal matters.
- Personal & Household Support: Manage errands, personal appointments, and organisational tasks to ensure a seamless balance between professional and private responsibilities
- Acting as a key liaison between the founders, internal teams, and external partners.
- Utilising digital tools and automation to improve efficiency and organisation.
