We’re seeking a standout EA to support 5 senior executives: two Investment Partners and one Managing Director, with most of your focus on two key Partners. This newly created role offers the chance to join one of Europe’s leading financial services firms, renowned for its close-knit and dynamic culture.
This role goes beyond traditional EA duties, requiring someone who can step into meetings, anticipate needs, and be a true partner to the executives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary Management: Orchestrate complex schedules, manage back-to-back meetings, and ensure time is optimised across multiple time zones.
- Meeting Support: Join key meetings, take ownership of capturing action points, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a trusted voice for the Partners, confidently communicating with direct reports, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Organise breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and client meetings, including restaurant bookings and logistical arrangements.
- Time Management: Keep the Partners on track, proactively managing their commitments, and being unafraid to push back or reprioritise as needed.
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, acting as a gatekeeper and trusted advisor.
What we are looking for:
- Experience supporting senior executives. Financial services industry experience ideally
- Polished, resourceful, and thrive in a high-performing environment
- Comfortable managing up, making decisions, and speaking up when necessary
- Skilled at managing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and keeping everything running smoothly
