A fantastic opportunity for an organised, efficient and experienced Executive Assistant to support at C-suite level of a fast growing and established tech company. Strategically supporting the Execs, the successful Executive Assistant will need to be confident and able to forward plan, ensuring they are well organised and prepared through thorough partnership and prioritisation. You will need to have first class communication skills and will be able to input ideas.
Responsibilities will include:
- Extensive calendar and diary management of Exec team & governance calendars: coordinating schedules, prioritising meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, investment banks etc.
- Managing email inbox and sending responses
- Arranging travel, logistics and accommodation as required
- Attending meetings, recording minutes/actions and ensuring follow up actions are understood and communicated
- Improve meeting effectiveness and ensure good practice is embedded throughout the business
- Build out the calendar and cadence for rhythm of the business meetings ensuring to be scheduled and calendarised for the oncoming business year
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations and other documents as appropriate
- Provide support for internal communication activities including weekly update email, monthly all-hands
- Be accountable for organising and coordinating events from small teams to full business scale events
- Contributing to wider business projects or broader areas of interest and development
- Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
What we are looking for:
- Experience of supporting C-Suite level executive team members
- Confident working in a fast-paced technology driven business
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and diary management skills with proven capability of using Google-suite tools, Slack etc
- High levels of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives
- Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contact
