Amazing opportunity to break into the world of sports! A leading global sports media organisation is seeking a highly motivated Coordinator, Media Rights to provide crucial support to sales, distribution, and management of media rights across international markets.
This is a fantastic chance for a proactive, organised professional with a passion for sports and an expertise in producing excellent written reports / presentations to be an integral part of the media rights team. You will play a key role in supporting the overall sales process.
A strong interest in the sports industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales process by preparing presentations, market overviews, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating match schedules, client bookings, and satellite distribution with internal production teams.
- Be an essential point of contact for broadcast client queries and issues, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, supporting from initial draft to final signature, working closely with the Legal team.
- Maintain and support the financial P&L for sales properties, collaborating with the Finance team to ensure timely invoicing and cash collections.
- Conduct desktop research on the sports media landscape, keeping the team informed on trends and industry insights.
- Support deal reporting and analysis to ensure all aspects of the media rights process run smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a commercial sports organisation
- Excellent attitude; proactive, highly organised and amazing attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful presentations and reports.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail and organisation.
- A keen interest in the sports industry, including a solid understanding of the latest news and trends within sports media and broadcasting.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
