A highly respected global investment firm is seeking an exceptional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of its London office. This broad, multi-faceted role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven individual who thrives on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and taking full ownership of the office environment.

As the heartbeat of the London office, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, organising team events, conferences, and socials, managing invoicing and expenses, and liaising closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership – identifying ways to make the office and team more effective, efficient, and engaged.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling meetings, appointments, handling office correspondence, and managing phone calls.
  • Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives and the London office.
  • Assist in planning and organising company events and team-building activities.
  • Receive high-profile clients and secure refreshments for business meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data upon request.
  • Handle accounts administration.
  • Support the Managing Partner and Group Deputy CEO with administrative tasks.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally 3-4 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and offer solutions in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
