We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Private & Lifestyle Management PA to support an UHNW Principal, a prominent philanthropist and art collector in both personal and business matters. A unique opportunity to work closely with a leader involved in diverse sectors including philanthropy, art, cultural preservation, and education across the world.
Working closely with the Principal, their family, and their wider support network, this dynamic and varied role ensures the seamless management of all aspects of their lifestyle. It requires a Private Personal Assistant with exceptional discretion, strong organisational skills, and strong international experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Executive and Lifestyle Management: Oversee complex schedules, manage correspondence, and handle high-level lifestyle requests including cultural and luxury events
- Diary & Schedule Management: Maintain a meticulously organised calendar, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure timely responses to all personal and business commitments
- On-the-Ground Support: Provide comprehensive support during trips, managing last-minute changes, handling issues, and running errands to ensure a seamless experience
- Project Assistance: Provide ad hoc support on wellness, business, and personal projects, aligning with the Principal’s interests and initiatives
- Cultural and Philanthropic Support: Facilitate projects aligned with Principal’s philanthropic initiatives, including partnerships with institutions globally
- Event Management: Assist in organising and coordinating prestigious events, often involving high-profile attendees from the art and philanthropic sectors
What we are looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years in a Private/Executive PA role supporting UHNW individuals / families, with experience in private environments
- Previous experience working in or with connections to the Middle East / Asia is beneficial
- Proactive approach to complex logistics, problem-solving, and multi-tasking in high-pressure situations
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost care.
- Well-connected within London’s luxury scene, with a pulse on the latest trends, events, and high-end services
Salary
£70,000 - £90,000 pa
