PA to Private Individual - Remote / Central London

Vacancy Description:

Are you an intellectually curious, highly organised individual with a passion for making an impact?

We are seeking a bright and forward thinking PA to support a multifaceted HNWI at the forefront of mental health advocacy, academic research and cutting-edge technology. This unique role requires an exceptional PA who thrives in dynamic, interconnected environments and is eager to contribute to meaningful change.

You will act as the central point of coordination across the professional, academic, technological, and personal spheres of this individual’s life.

Your responsibilities will range from managing academic and advocacy projects, assisting with family logistics, to supporting health and wellness routines—all with an eye toward efficiency, discretion, and excellence.

This is more than a traditional assistant role; it’s an opportunity to collaborate with a visionary engaged in reshaping mental health paradigms, advancing neuroscience and psychology research, and exploring the transformative potential of AI.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Communication & scheduling: manage email correspondence, calendars, and appointments. Set up and optimise tech tools to streamline workflows.
  • Academic support: coordinate university commitments, track deadlines, and liaise with academic staff. Organise study materials and provide reminders for key tasks.
  • Advocacy & project management: advocacy initiatives and manage event participation. Maintain professional networks within the mental health and tech spaces.
  • Family support: coordinate childcare, family schedules, and special events. Assist with co-parenting logistics and nurture a supportive family environment.
  • Travel management: plan and manage travel itineraries for personal and professional purposes. Ensure all travel documentation and arrangements are up to date.
  • Health & wellness: support routines and activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Coordinate health appointments and engage with wellness resources.
  • Russian language & cultural engagement: engage in Russian language practice and facilitate connections to cultural communities.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a PA/EA
  • Fluency in Russian or Farsi first preference. Any other languages desirable
  • Intellectually curious, with an interest in health/wellness and technology
  • Proactive, efficient and highly organised
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with professionalism and trust
