EA to 2 Co-Owners - Fashion, Kentish Town

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support two Co-Owners of a well-established, privately owned business within the fashion industry. Hugely successful, this brand is known for its design-driven approach, strong work ethic, and collaborative culture.
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive business and personal support to one of the Co-Owners, while assisting the other on a business level. You will work closely with a long-standing EA and become a key part of a dynamic, high-performing team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support:
- Complex diary and inbox management, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
- Managing business travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with project management and business administration as required.
Personal Support:
- Luxury lifestyle management, including personal shopping and sourcing high-end items.
- Liaising with household staff (housekeepers, gardener, driver) to ensure smooth operations.
- Organising travel, holidays, and social events.
- Handling highly confidential personal matters with discretion.
What we’re looking for:
- A highly organised and detail-oriented EA with experience supporting C-suite executives or HNW individuals.
- A professional who understands luxury, high standards, and discretion.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, creative, or media industries is preferred but not essential.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A team player—the culture is collaborative, social, and dynamic, with no cliques.
