Team Assistant - Communications Firm, Mayfair

Our client, a fast-growing strategic communications firm based in Mayfair, is looking for a meticulously organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant / Office Assistant to join their busy and driven team. 

This well-established and expanding corporate PR firm works across a diverse range of international clients and manage complex strategies for them. Environment is hard-working, fast paced with an upbeat culture and tight-knit team who work closely to support each other.

Reporting to the EA / Office Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in office and organisational support. We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys being the go-to person and consistently brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work.

NB. We are open to looking at Part Time candidates for this role too

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Maintain and provide a first-class level of organisational and administrative support 
  • PA support to Co-Founder & Directors 
  • Assisting with the onboarding/offboarding of staff 
  • Providing IT support to the team (in conjunction with external IT provider) 
  • Welcoming and providing general support to clients/visitors 
  • Monitoring and ordering supplies of office stationery 
  • Point of contact for booking travel and processing visas for the team 
  • Managing and updating the CRM system regularly 
  • Liaising with the Finance team to collate company receipts and sharing invoices 
  • Acting as EA to the CEO when the Office Manager is on annual leave 
  • Ad hoc support to the team, including administrative assistant on projects and accounts including Events, Marketing, Research, HR/Recruitment

What we are looking for: 

  • Polished individual with relevant experience working in an office environment, ideally 2 years 
  • Impeccable written and spoken English 
  • Meticulously organised and proactive
  • Able to deal with ambiguity, is solutions-focused, and to think on your feet 
  • High degree of personal integrity, and initiative
  • A manner which is professional, discrete and inspires trust 
  • Collaborative, flexible and adaptable 
  • A positive attitude with a good sense of humour 
  • Someone who is quick to learn in a fast-paced environment 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
