A splendid opportunity to join an ambitious boutiquq Executive Search firm as an EA to Founder / Operations Manager. Currently composed of a lean team of 5, we are searching for a driven individual to work collaboratively with the Founder on all business ventures as they continue to grow exponentially.
We are looking for a bright, curious and diligent individual who possesses business and commercial acumen to provide utmost support to the Founder; this all-encompassing and varied role will require agility, the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst delivering tasks to a meticulous standard and most importantly you will be the heartbeat of the office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Office management
- Setting up meetings
- Project coordination including :
- Coordinating with clients and candidates to help deliver searches
- Building client-ready written documentation
- Organising travel and scheduling
- Marketing including updating content & social media sites, branding and building pitch decks and presentations
- HR duties such as facilitating all internal recruitment and onboarding
- Help, build and propagate a culture that everyone enjoys
- Operations - setting up and enhancing internal processes
- Finance – assist with payroll, invoicing and bookkeeping tasks
- Improve and suggest ideas to help the company grow
What we are looking for:

Salary
£40,000 - £50,000 pa
