Executive Assistant to CEO / Founder - Global PR Agency, Central London

Vacancy Description:

Our client, a dynamic and globally recognised PR agency, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their CEO / Founder. With offices in the US, Asia and Middle East, and further expansion on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As the CEO’s trusted gatekeeper, you will be responsible for managing a complex diary, prioritising time effectively, and ensuring each day runs smoothly. Given the nature of the business, flexibility and adaptability are key (work follows the global news cycle) and plans can shift quickly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and possess the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

This is a high-visibility role, requiring someone who operates with finesse, diplomacy, and absolute discretion. A truly fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a leading global PR agency, working closely with a visionary CEO and shaping the agency’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange seamless international travel.
  • Act as a trusted confidant and strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, high-profile clients, and media partners to facilitate key business interactions.
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and meeting agendas to support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee global events, press engagements, and industry conferences, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive communications with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and business-critical projects as needed.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively provide solutions.
  • Adapt to and align with the CEO’s preferences, working style, and priorities to optimise efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven EA experience at C-suite / Founder level within PR, media, communications, or a similarly dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing cross-border operations within a global organisation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with VIPs, clients, and media contacts.
  • Highly tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and exercises excellent judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a high-pressure environment.
  • Culturally aware and well-versed in London’s business and social scene.
  • Trustworthy, loyal, and takes great pride in their role.
  • Thrives in an in-office, early-start environment (5 days a week).
