PA to Executives - Leading Media Company, South London

Vacancy Description:

We are seeking a highly efficient and adaptable PA to support senior executives at a leading and one of the most successful fast-growing media companies!

With a very exciting company growth trajectory, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, creative environment, assisting two high-level executives with day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Efficiently filter and prioritise high volumes of communication, respond to simple requests, and flag important matters for executives' attention. Identify and flag more complex matters requiring executive input. Follow up to ensure these are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure optimal time management for key leadership activities
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, avoiding scheduling conflicts, and
  • minimising back-and-forth communication to find suitable times
  • Set aside time for key leadership activities such as regular check-ins with teams, department heads, and leadership meetings.
  • Ensure sufficient ‘focus time’ is blocked out for important tasks, maintaining discipline around time management.
  • Facilitate regular office attendance and coordinate in-office versus remote work schedules.
  • Operational & Office Support: Oversee daily office management tasks, liaise with external suppliers, and organise logistics for meetings, travel, and events.

What we are looking for: 

  • Ideally 6m -1 year experience in a busy organisational support role 
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail and an ability to work independently
