We are seeking a splendid and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic family couple with their diverse portfolio of businesses, encompassing restaurants, properties, and design. Key responsibilities will include:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founders
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Private PA support including handling errands, generating family schedules and maintaining their personal calendars and appointments
Project Involvement:
- Assist in various business projects across the different companies
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making
Marketing, PR and Social Media:
- Support marketing and PR initiatives for various business ventures
- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling content to enhance
brand presence
- Assist in organising events and promotional activities
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as an EA or in a similar administrative support role
- Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Proactive, assertive and autonomy
- Flexible, unflappable, solutions innovator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adhere to high levels of discretion and confidentiality
Salary
£40,000 - £45,000 pa
