Office & HR Manager - Award-Winning Communications Agency, Farringdon

Vacancy Description:

Award winning and industry leading creative communications agency specialising in brand positioning and corporate reporting is looking to hire an experienced and wonderful Office & HR Manager to join the Operations team!

This key role will ensure the smooth running of the office and HR functions, creating a positive and productive work environment. You will oversee office management, HR administration, facilities management, and health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities will include:

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, meeting room setup, and supply management.
  • Coordinate office events and social activities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Facilities Management:
  • Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with H&S regulations.
  • Manage office security, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • Work closely with external partners for IT and maintenance services.
HR:
  • Act as the main HR contact for employees, managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
  • Support and lead HR projects, including recruitment, policy implementation and performance reviews.

What we are looking for: 

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • HR experience and knowledge essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid first aid qualification
  • Independent and proactive at managing workload, ability to plan multiple tasks and meet requests / deadlines as necessary
  • Being a positive and cheerful focus at the heart of the studio
