Senior Producer - Creative Production Co., East London

Working across multiple mediums including live events, photography / film advertising and fashion shows, we are looking for a full time Senior Producer to join the growing team of a full-service creative production company. This role requires someone who is a creative thinker with a bright outlook and remains composed and assured in a fast paced and dynamic environment. 

Industry knowledge and experience in fashion and advertising is essential, as well as a keen interest in the arts, music and culture. 

As Senior Producer, you will ensure that productions run smoothly, meet deadlines, and stay within budgets.You will be the primary contact for everyone involved in the shoot, providing support and resolving any issues. Your foresight and organisation will ensure that the crew can focus on their tasks without any distractions.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage production briefs for both advertising and editorial shoots
• Oversee both small and large-scale projects, including e-commerce
• Develop timelines and ensure projects stay within budgets
• Structure projects and devise efficient processes
• Liaise with clients and the creative team to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure high-quality production services
• Provide knowledgeable creative and industry input
• Actively seek new business opportunities

What we are looking for:

• 5 years’ previous experience in production for fashion, beauty, luxury, arts and culture industries
• Bright, dynamic, and outgoing personality
• Proactive approach to new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm in client interactions
• Ability to work creatively within budgets.
