Biscuit was founded by Frances Li, an industry leader with over 20 years’ experience in high-level recruitment. A proudly founder-led boutique agency, Biscuit is anchored by a carefully selected team of expert consultants who share her standards of excellence.
Frances built Biscuit to move beyond transactional recruitment, shaping an approach rooted in instinct, judgement, and highly personalised service – principles that define how her team works.
